The EP showcases conceptual coherence, awakening the deepest emotions and feelings. I adore the tracks “My Wedding Song” and “My Shot”. They resonate like soundtracks where the sound becomes incredibly personal, and tender like never before. The light analog crackling in “My Wedding Song,” Chealen’s performance, and the guitar with its sensual plucking make this track my favorite.

The album concludes with the most emotional, powerful, and sensual track, “Something ’bout Chicago.” It’s as if the strongest note, the vivid chord, is captured in this track, making the EP finale so memorable and powerful. Bringing together numerous textured harmonies in Chealen’s vocals, the perfect keyboard sound merges to form one of the most vivid conclusions. Absolutely stunning!
