Formed by Iker and Ayla in March, the Spanish indie-pop duo introduced themselves with “El tiempo y la voz,” followed by “Yo, que duermo” and “Ovejas y lobos.” Their fourth single, “Tú te rendiste”, carries that momentum into sharper emotional territory.
The title translates as “You Gave Up,” and the song centres on a brutal point of separation: two people once shared a dream, then one stepped away while the other kept moving. Gavarnie approach that fracture through acceptance and resolve. The sadness remains present, yet the track keeps its eyes fixed firmly ahead.
