Milieri writes her own lyrics and melodies, extending that creative involvement into video concepts, styling and choreography. As her direction moves towards darker pop and dance, this single places relationships at the centre of her songwriting, giving her evolving musical identity a recognisable human concern: the difficulty of understanding where everybody stands together.
